The Delicius Restaurant, with our chef David Heras in charge of the kitchen, offers dishes made using the highest-quality local produce, making the most of its flavours, colours and textures by using Vichy Catalan thermal spring water.
Daily set menus featuring updated regional dishes, with all of the features of the healthy Mediterranean diet; a varied menu, with suggestions and recommendations by the chef; a tasting menu that will delight the most demanding palates; and a wine list with great and recognised wineries.
Our Chef - David Heras
He began his culinary career by training at the Sabadell Cooking School and later at the Joviat School of Hospitality and Tourism in Manresa, where he finished his professional training as the best student of his class.
Since then he has been training professionally in different and recognized establishments throughout the Spanish geography. Currently, and since 2011, he runs the kitchen of the Hotel Balneario Vichy Catalán.
In 2013, together with Carles Gaig, they published the book “The kitchen of modernist posters”; He disseminates Vichy Catalán thermal cuisine with water on his YouTube channel and has been a contributor to Radio programs such as La tarda (Radio Sabadell) and Deixa’m tastar (Cadena Ser).
