In case of not doing so, we will proceed to assign the times of your treatments according to our availability and organization.

• The value of this voucher will be deducted from the amount of the contracted services.
• The discount will be applied to reservations made directly with the hotel, never to those in which a travel agency has mediated.
• No refund will be made if the amount of the contracted services is less than the value of the voucher.
• The amount of the voucher must be exhausted in a single use, it isn't possible to save part of the credit for future reservations.
• At the time of making the reservation, the codes of the voucher with which the reservation will be paid must be indicated.
• The voucher will expire 12 months from its issue date.
